Ingredients[]

  • 2 ounces red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • (Black pepper)

Directions[]

In a cocktail shaker, add two ounces of red wine vinegar, two teaspoons of smooth Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, two garlic cloves, crushed, and a little black pepper. Add oil up to the 8 ounce mark. Shake until the consistency of cream. Add to a salad.
